    Q: How long does shipping take?

    I handmake each bag myself, so it does take a little time to get everything just right. Orders are usually prepared and fulfilled within about 3 business days.

    After that, shipping typically takes around 8–16 days depending on your location.

    If there are a lot of orders at once, it can take a bit longer since I’m making everything by hand. I really appreciate your patience—it genuinely means a lot to me.

    Yeah, every bag is made by hand. I go through each step myself—from cutting the fabric to sewing and shaping it. I don’t mass produce them, so each one comes out a little different in its own way.

    Before purchasing, you’ll see options like shipping protection and a 30-day warranty. Returns are only accepted if one of those options is selected at checkout.
